I'm Luc, just new on Steemit, this is my first post.
I'm from Belgium, have worked so far many years in the IT industry, mostly at start-up companies like Cisco, Netscreen/Juniper and Palo Alto Networks (when those were indeed still start-ups). The different roles there brought me to many countries, especially all-over Europe and many times into the US. San Francisco and New York are my most visited cities. In Europe I especially like to go to Paris, Rome, but my hometown Antwerp will always remain my place to go back to.
I have quite a strong creative side as well which leads me into photography, painting, architecture, music and more.
I will bring more insights and news about it later, but as a teaser, here are two of my more recent paintings.
Nowadays I spent a lot of time on photography, and as I'm a huge fan of Leica rangefinders, I will share some of my experiences of painting with light through a Leica. Here is a picture of my most recent trip, I spent New Years eve in the medina of Marrakech, truly a great experience. More about that trip later as well.
