Hay tradiciones, que, aunque uno no se dé cuenta, las va creando y simplemente hay que seguirlas. No sé desde hace cuánto tiempo que tengo que ir con mis amigos más cercanos a la playa. Todos los comienzos de año. Obviamente también lo hacemos en otras épocas, pero generalmente priorizamos hacerlo al principio de cada año, porque se siente como un inicio de daño diferente, siempre cae bien ir a la playa, después de toda la locura de diciembre, ya que es un mes muy demandante, se hacen demasiadas cosas, se come demasiado y todo como demasiado hasta que llega el 1 de enero y todo vuelve a hacer una calma total. Así que obviamente a nosotros nos encanta ir a la playa siempre en este mes, podemos extenderlo hasta febrero e incluso podemos hacerlo dos veces, una en cada mes.

Obviously, we also do it at other times, but we generally prioritize doing it at the beginning of each year because it feels like a different kind of start. It's always nice to go to the beach after all the craziness of December, which is a very demanding month. You do too many things, eat too much, and do everything too much until January 1st arrives and everything returns to total calm. So obviously we love going to the beach every year in this month, we can extend it until February and we can even do it twice, once in each month.

Y obviamente este año no fue la excepción, aunque pensamos que no se iba a dar debido a la situación país, ya que todo está bien raro desde el 3 de enero por obvias razones. Pero contrato pronóstico simplemente un día decidí que ya era suficiente y que teníamos que ir a la playa ya, así que les escribí a mis amigos, les dije mañana vamos a la playa y ya listo, no les ofrecí más planes, sabía que todos estábamos sin dinero, literalmente y para la playa no necesitábamos básicamente nada más de que nuestra presencia, así que no me pusieron excusas. Obviamente fuimos a playa San Luis, esta vez fuimos a un sector mucho más tranquilo y evidentemente lo pasamos genial, yo llegué con mi novio temprano; quería pasar un rato con él primero y hablar, contarnos cosas y simplemente disfrutar del momento a solas, y luego como a la hora llegaron mis amigos.

And obviously this year was no exception, although we thought it wasn't going to happen due to the situation in the country, since everything has been really strange since January 3 for obvious reasons. But I just decided one day that enough was enough and that we had to go to the beach right away, so I wrote to my friends and told them we were going to the beach tomorrow, and that was that. I didn't offer them any other plans. I knew we were all broke, literally, and we didn't need anything else to go to the beach other than our presence, so they didn't make any excuses. Obviously, we went to San Luis Beach. This time we went to a much quieter area and obviously had a great time. I arrived with my boyfriend early; I wanted to spend some time with him first and talk, tell each other things, and just enjoy the moment alone, and then around an hour later my friends arrived.

Obviamente, mis amigos no pudieron ir solos y llevaron a los perritos, ellos tienen una perrita muy preciosa y la mamá de Amigo tiene un perrito también pequeño súper lindo. Estos niños obviamente nos hicieron la tarde, podemos sido divertido estar en la playa con los perritos y hablando de todo. Pensábamos que no íbamos a tomar, pero se apareció de la nada o una botella de whisky a la cual yo no lo pude decir que no, también comimos varias cosas que llevamos y estuvimos en la playa como hasta eso de las cinco de la tarde. Yo pensé que íbamos a estar hasta temprano y listo, pero siempre que estamos juntos sale otro plan, porque nosotros, sencillamente no sabemos quedarnos tranquilos. Y después de la playa decidimos ir a comprar para hacer unos perros calientes en casa de un amigo. Como no teníamos dinero a mí me cayó algo del cielo, literalmente y yo puse la mitad de lo que íbamos a utilizar para hacer la comida y mi amiga gracias a la magia de Cashea quedó en pagar la otra mitad.

Obviously, my friends couldn't go alone, so they brought their dogs. They have a very cute female dog, and Amigo's mom has a super cute little male dog too. These kids obviously made our afternoon. It was fun to be at the beach with the dogs and talking about everything. We thought we weren't going to drink, but out of nowhere a bottle of whiskey appeared, which I couldn't say no to. We also ate several things we brought with us and stayed on the beach until about five in the afternoon. I thought we were going to stay until early evening and that would be it, but whenever we're together, another plan always comes up because we just don't know how to sit still. After the beach, we decided to go shopping to make hot dogs at a friend's house. Since we didn't have any money, something literally fell from the sky, and I put up half of what we were going to use to make the food, and my friend, thanks to the magic of Cashea, agreed to pay the other half.

Así que después de la playa, fuimos a hacer perros calientes y nos comimos demasiado, yo creo que comí tanto que no volví a comer más en toda la noche hasta el otro día. Y como no puede ser de otra, nos quedamos en la mini piscina de un amigo, hablando de otro monton de cosas sin parar. Simplemente disfrutando de lo que es la buena compañía. A mí la verdad me gusta muchísimo este tipo de planes, siento que se disfruta demasiado y a veces tenemos todo para hacerlo, pero nos buscamos 50 excusas y terminamos posponiendo todo. Yo obviamente amo a mis amigos y me gustaría verlos mucho más frecuentemente, así que me siento muy afortunada de cada vez que nos podemos ver porque sé que no podemos hacerlo tan seguido. Obviamente compartir tiempo divertido y diferente con mi novio también es algo que disfruto demasiado y siento que este inicio de daño va por buen camino. Espero que les haya encantado. So after the beach, we went to get hot dogs and ate way too much. I think I ate so much that I didn't eat again until the next day. And, as you might expect, we stayed at a friend's mini pool, talking about a bunch of things nonstop. Just enjoying good company. I really love this kind of plan. I feel like we enjoy it so much, and sometimes we have everything we need to do it, but we make up 50 excuses and end up putting it off. I obviously love my friends and would like to see them much more often, so I feel very lucky every time we can get together because I know we can't do it that often. Obviously, spending fun and different time with my boyfriend is also something I enjoy very much, and I feel that this new beginning is on the right track. I hope you loved it.
