I try to win @juliank contest #foodphotography with this shot that I take in D'O, the Davide Oldani 1 Michelin star restaurant in Cornaredo, near Milano.
The ball is a cheese selection hand made from chef (gorgonzola, mascarpone and ricotta) covered by a zafran dust with cacao. Green is a particular grass that grown in Africa and that You can eat. Granular is with apple and pear. Also plate and spoon is created by Davide Oldani. Picture is my propriety
