First i cut it up nice on the turntables, then i cut
up the veggies.😉
The knife is so sharp, you need no force to cut up the
veggies. Peeling off the potatoes the last time was so
easy...just take care while using.
It got a fire stone on top of it's scabbard, that creates
amazing sparks (to create fire) once you scratch over it
with the back of the blade.

Plus the blade is solid as a rock!

Still, Carbon Steel Knifes are not corrosion free compared
to "stainless steel" , so always keep it clean and dry after
usage.I recommend kitchen tissue.
