Auf Wiedersehen „Monkey_Goes_NFT“, Hallo Mr_Monkey_zockt!
Gestern habe ich all meinen Accounts einen neuen Namen verpasst. Warum? Ganz einfach: Ich will meinen Fokus wieder auf gute Games legen – ganz egal, ob Web2 oder Web3. Nur weil ein Spiel NFTs hat, heißt das noch lange nicht, dass es auch Spaß macht. Und genau das soll mein Name jetzt widerspiegeln: weniger Hype, mehr Zockerei.
Heißt das, ich kehre Crypto-Gaming den Rücken? Nein! Wenn’s Bock macht, bin ich natürlich weiterhin am Start. Aber ich möchte mir die Freiheit nehmen, auch wieder mehr klassische Games zu zocken – ganz ohne schlechtes Gewissen.
Denn am Ende zocken wir doch, weil’s Spaß macht, oder? Wenn Gaming zum Job wird, geht manchmal ein Stück davon verloren – und das will ich nicht.
In diesem Sinne: Ich freu mich drauf, weiterhin Content für euch zu bringen! Ich plane, mehr Zeit in verschiedene Formate zu stecken – dafür wird vielleicht der eine oder andere Stream mal ausfallen. Aber keine Sorge, ich bleib euch erhalten!
Goodbye “Monkey_Goes_NFT”, hello Mr_Monkey_zockt!
Yesterday, I gave all my accounts a fresh new name. Why? Simple: I want to focus on good games again – whether they’re Web2 or Web3. Just because a game runs on the blockchain doesn't automatically make it fun. My new name reflects that shift: less hype, more actual gaming.
Does that mean I'm quitting crypto gaming? Not at all! If I’m in the mood, I’ll still jump into Web3 games. But I also want the freedom to play more traditional games again – no pressure, no guilt.
At the end of the day, we all play games to have fun, right? Once gaming becomes a job, sometimes a bit of that fun gets lost – and I’m not here for that.
So yeah, I’m excited to keep creating content for you guys! I’m planning to spend more time on different types of content – which means I might skip a stream every now and then. But don’t worry, I’m not going anywhere!
GermanW3bGaming bleibt natürlich bestehen!
Unabhängig von meinem persönlichen Namenswechsel bleibt unsere Community GermanW3bGaming wie gewohnt aktiv – mit klarem Fokus auf Web3-Games. Natürlich zocken wir auch mal Web2-Titel, aber unser Herz schlägt weiter für Blockchain-Gaming.
Ich will den Content rund um die Community aber noch weiter ausbauen. Neben Gameplay und News möchte ich in Zukunft auch mehr Infos und Grundlagenwissen teilen – zum Beispiel: „Was sind NFTs eigentlich?“ oder „Wie funktioniert Blockchain überhaupt?“
Gerade für Neueinsteiger soll das Ganze verständlich und greifbar sein. Denn: Wer Ahnung hat, zockt smarter. ;)
GermanW3bGaming isn’t going anywhere!
Even though I’ve changed my personal name, our GermanW3bGaming community is still going strong – and stays focused on Web3 games. Sure, we play some Web2 titles too, but our passion for blockchain gaming is alive and well.
That said, I also want to expand the content around the community. In addition to gameplay and updates, I’m planning to share more helpful info and basics – like “What even are NFTs?” or “How does blockchain actually work?”
The goal is to make it all accessible – especially for people who are just getting started. Because let’s be honest: the more you know, the better you play. ;)
