Today's food recipe I wanted to share is about this simple dish-- pork and vegetables noodles soup 🍲which is everyone find this a favorite dish. This kind of noodle soup is a lighter broth soup which is loaded with vegetables like carrots and cabbage .The soup is thickened and served hot and it's perfect for any type of meal.🍲
Here's the following ingredients you'll need.
1/4 kilo pork
2 tbsp of cooking oil
2 cups of stock or water
1/4 c of carrots(cut into strips)
1/4 small cabbage
Salt and pepper to taste
Oyster sauce (to taste)
1/4 kilo of pansit lomi
1 medium sized of onion
1 clove of garlic
1 PC of red bell pepper (optional)

Prepare the spices sliced it accordingly..and slice also the vegetables

Get 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, and pour this into your soup pot. Heat the pot and sauté the pork until it becomes light to medium brown, which would take around 3 to 4 minutes.
Tenderize the pork by adding 2 cups of water or broth stock,wait for this to boil and then cover the pan.Let it simmer for 10 minutes until the pork is tender and soft
Seasoned with oyster and soy sauce

When it boils, add the carrots and Continue cooking for 2 minutes, and then add your ¼ small cabbage that you’ve chopped up. Also add the 1/4 kilo of pancit in the pot. Stir the ingredients together, and then cook it all up for 3 minutes.

Seasoned with salt and pepper, and put in as much as you would prefer. In case you want more soup, or the dish is getting dry, feel free to pour in more pork broth or water. After that, just transfer your soup into a serving bowl of choice.
