Hello to all my dear friends in this community, today I want to show you what I did with my hair after seeing it so dry and poorly treated. It's not that I don't take care of it, it's just that the sun where I live is very strong. I also work and sweat a lot, and when that happens, I have to wash it often, and since my hair is naturally oil-free, it dries out even more. I have very long hair and I've struggled to cut it because I'm the type of person who likes short hair. The heat, busyness, time—everything influences me, and I accidentally neglect it.
I love taking care of myself, not just my face, hands, or feet, but my hair too. Today I want to show you what I did to hydrate it a little.
I used just 3 ingredients, which I'll show you now:
- Aloe vera leaves
- A vitamin E pill
- Sugar
Aloe vera is typically known for its regenerative and hydrating properties, and today we're going to use it for both at the same time, but first, I want to tell you something.
Almost a year ago, I went swimming in a pool with chemicals in it, and sadly, my hair suffered the consequences. The next day, I thought washing it would clear it up, but it didn't, and I had to resort to the emergency method: aloe vera.
I just blended it and spread it on my hair overnight, and the next day, it felt like I'd had a professional treatment. Because of that, I wanted to try it, but adding the ingredients I already mentioned.
Now, let's see how it went:
To start, I took a vitamin E pill and crushed it completely. I don't remember how many milligrams it was, so anything I'm telling you will be a lie 🤣. While doing this, I soaked it in a small glass of water, but just a little, not much because aloe vera is watery. I let it sit.

After doing that, what I did was soak the aloe vera, but since I didn't have time to soak it overnight, as is customary and required, I peeled it immediately and washed it, squeezing it slowly. I changed the water and washed it again, continuing until it was completely clean.
Once I had the aloe vera clean, what I did was put it in the blender along with the crushed aloe vera tablet and blended it.

Once all of this was blended, I poured the sugar into the cup with the blended mixture, but without letting it dissolve.
After this, I separated my hair into sections so I could apply the prepared treatment to all of it, little by little, until I finished the last part.

After that, my friends, what I did was put on a plastic bag because I don't have a hat to wear 😕 and I left it on for hours, long hours.

After sleeping, getting up to clean the yard, throwing out the trash, buying water, and cleaning another part of the yard, I finally got around to getting that mess out.
I washed my hair really well, and the difference was noticeable from a distance. Even if I wash my hair when it's wet, you can still feel it when it's dry, and I can tell you with certainty that this time it felt different, very different. So what I did was wring it out with a towel several times until all the water was gone. For a moment, I placed the fan under the cool breeze, as if I were drying outdoors, and I was delighted with the result.
¡¡Acá se los dejo.!!
