Merry Christmas and Advance New Year, I wish everyone a good holiday. It's been a week since the last time I posted. This past week I was preoccupied since the husband was home. Yes, he was last December 23, we picked him at the airport.
The estimated time of arrival was 9:20 so we need to leave home before seven. We reside outside Metro Manila and the traffic situation was unpredictable.

At seven we are already traveling. My son Caleb usually wakes up past seven in the morning but the moment I leave our bed at five? He also got up.

The weather looks good and I was thankful.

We chose to pass by at the Skyway so the road isn't congested but I noticed a price increase in toll fees.
Before nine in the morning we arrived at the NAIA terminal 1 and honestly I prepared terminal 3. It was more spacious!
There is still plenty of time and the waiting area was open space, no air condition and with all the vehicles? It was really humid. We decided to drop by at Jollibee for snacks and stay there for a while so my toddler won't be restless.
Caleb was always fascinated seeing airplanes in the sky but when I pointed these to him? It's a huge one!
Well he wasn't interested at all. He was still looking at the sky, probably waiting for one to pass by. Lucky there is!
Almost nine, we went to the waiting area so I could check my husband's flight status. It was crowded. Mix of passengers and like us who wanted to pick up their loved ones.
There was no vacant chair yet I appreciated a gentleman who gave up his seat so I could rest.
We waited there for almost an hour until my husband chatted .From there it still took a few more minutes before we were reunited.
It was last January 2025 when Caleb last saw his Daddy in flesh. Though they were talking everyday via video calls, still he was a little bit unfamiliar. He doesn't want to be carried by him.
Though he let him eventually, after some time.
Look at him while we are travelling back home. Stressed? LOL.
Eventually he fell asleep while lying on his Father's lap.
Some of you might asked, how long he was aloof to his Dad?
The truth was, here they are hours after we arrived home.
After receiving a lot of toys? He was easily bribed and busy feeding his Daddy of what he had cooked.
Thus more on he was familiar, maybe a little but confused earlier.
As of now, he loves tagged along to his Dad, as long as he could see me around.
