Rafiki 3.0 is the LeoAI team's newest model for our in-house AI LLM and surrounding ecosystem. Rafiki 1.0 has been live on Threads and performing well for quite some time now. This early model has allowed us to collect valuable feedback and interactions that has helped train the 2.0 model. We then had a massive breakthrough while working to release the 2.0 model and leapfrogged to the 3.0 Rafiki Model.

3.0 brings you all of the above + hundreds (yes, literally hundreds) of new features. To start, these are the ones that are already live:
- Research Mode: Rafiki deploys up to 8 sub agents to deeply investigate any topic you give him. They form a study group where they collect the data and refine a final report for you. They can scrape the entire Hive blockchain, look at any other blockchain, the internet at large, etc. This is similar to Grok SuperHeavy Research which costs $300/mo. It is available to any INLEO Premium user ($10/mo)
- Trend Scanner: Trend Scanner identifies trends and autonomously alerts you based on your preferences. It can help you draft content based on those trends and give you ideas for blog posts or threads that you can write on real-time, trending topics
- Image Generation: Rafiki can generate images for you using the latest image generation models (Nano Banana, etc.)

The key innovation of Rafiki 3.0 is our introduction of Rafiki Code which allows Rafiki to code his own features + submit Pull Requests for the LEO Team to review.
Many of the new apps you see above are 80%+ coded by Rafiki himself. This is leading to an explosion of innovation and is the critical breakthrough we needed to get the 3.0 model live.
Now, Rafiki will have his own app store with Rafiki-coded apps. Humans can request apps and features and Rafiki will self-improve continuously.

What is Rafiki?
Rafiki is an AI Model developed by the LeoAI team over the past year. Rafiki 3.0 is our major breakthrough in this model. He is capable of doing things that you couldn't even imagine. As I said above, Rafiki Code was our massive moment where Rafiki is now coding his own updates (via pull requests that we review). Rafiki is a self-improving agent for the entire Ecosystem.
He is now LIVE on Discord and the features will be rolled out in phases. Today, we are releasing Rafiki Notifications alongside Rafiki Chat.

Notifications monitor the Hive blockchain, Hive-Engine, Splinterlands, and price feeds — then sends you Discord DMs when things happen to your account.
Chat uses the 3.0 model to have rich chats with Rafiki. The more you chat with him, the more he learns about you. He creates a profile for you so when you chat in the future, he will understand you better. Over time, he will become a significant copilot to make your life easier. Smart Features That Prevent Notification Overload
Sometimes, we get a lot of similar notifications. During testing, Rafiki noticed this and Rafiki Code created some features to address notification overload:
- Condensing — Instead of 15 separate vote notifications, Rafiki groups them into one updating message (kicks in after 3 of the same type)
- Presets — Don't want to configure everything manually? Pick a preset: minimal, active, creator, trader, whale_watcher, etc.
- Quiet hours & digests — Set a daily digest time instead of real-time alerts, or configure quiet hours
- Premium: AI filtering — INLEO Premium subscribers get AI-powered importance scoring that suppresses low-value noise and surfaces what matters
Getting Started: 3-Step Tutorial
Step 1: Subscribe
- Go to any channel in the LEO Community Discord
- Type /rafiki subscribe yourhiveusername
- Rafiki starts monitoring your account and sends a test DM to confirm delivery
alternatively, DM Rafiki directly and set up over DMs.
Step 2: Verify Your Account (Optional but Recommended for more features)
- Type /rafiki link yourhiveusername on discord
- Rafiki posts a verification thread on Hive — reply to it within 15 minutes
- Once verified, you unlock full features and can monitor multiple accounts
Step 3: Customize Your Experience
- /rafiki settings — View and toggle individual notification categories
- /rafiki preset active — Apply a preset for quick setup (try active as a starting point)
- /rafiki accounts add anotheraccount — Monitor additional Hive accounts (up to 30)
