@hivefood, I hope you are having a spectacular day, today I want to share with you, this delicious recipe with a fish that is delicious, it is not very common, even some fishermen who get it in their work throw it away, it is practically not commercial, that is, little is sold, but believe me it is delicious.
It is a fish that has a lot of bones, they stick it down, so that the meat is like ground or like a soft pulp. When I have the opportunity to see it, I buy it. This time it was the teacher of the course who bought it and the participants of the class brought the other ingredients. Join me in the preparation, which is quite easy and practical.
These are the ingredients we used, everyone brought a little of everything.
500 Gs of Malacho (ground fish)
5 cups of flour Pan.
2 eggs.
6 cups of liquid milk.
1/2 cup oil.
Condiments.
Paprika.
Chili bell pepper.
Garlic.
Onion.
Celeri or celery Spain.
Salt.
Preparation
Add the seasonings to the fish: salt, spices, pepper, oregano. Stir and set aside.
Wash and chop the seasonings: garlic, onion, paprika. In a pan put the onions and garlic on the fire, fry and add the paprika and chili. We add salt and color.
Then add the seasoned malacho and stir well. This fish is a soft pulp; when we add it to the stew it will form pieces of fish, we have to move it vigorously so that it disintegrates well and it will be like ground meat. At this point the preparation is releasing the smells, very rich, by the way.
When the fish is ready, put it aside and now we are going to prepare the flour. We were going to blend the flour, the eggs and the milk, with salt. But when we went to turn on the blender, there was no electricity. So we beat it by hand.
Now we put oil in a tray and add the flour mixture, spread it well and continue with the stewed fish, to finish with another layer of the flour mixture.
We put it in the oven for about 1 hour. Depending on your oven. When it was ready, it looked like a badly made arepa, heh, heh, heh. But they were already desperate to leave and we couldn't wait for it to cool down so we could share it out, which was the best we could do, since it was difficult to get such big pieces for each one.
The truth is that it was good, what was missing was a little more fish or less flour for the next time.
The good thing is that it was tasty and it is a dish that is not so difficult to make and it looks different from the common day to day.
