Ginisang Kamatis at Itlog (Sauteed Tomatoes and Eggs) (Easy to Cook Meal)

Hello, how are you? I am alone at home today, and I decided to cook easy-to-prepare food. "I mean, just fry an egg?" I mean, but I wanted to be extra today. I saw my mom buy a lot of tomatoes, so maybe the price is cheap right this time. What is your easy-to-cook food you prepare whenever you don't have time?
It is one of my comfort foods that I eat whenever I am sick of eating fried eggs, and this is one of my brother's favorite foods to eat.

Ingredients I Used:

  • 2 tbsp. cooking oil
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tsp all in one seasoning
  • half tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp of fish sauce

Prepping the Ingredients:
I chopped garlic, red onion, and tomatoes, and then I beat the eggs and seasoned them with all in one season and ground pepper.

Let's Cook!
In a hot pan, I pour about 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.

Add the tomatoes, and I sauté them until they soften.

After the tomatoes soften, I then added garlic and red onion, sautéed them for about a minute or less.

After all the ingredients are sautéed, I add 1 teaspoon of fish sauce and let the fish sauce seep into the tomatoes.

After the tomatoes and fish sauce are mixed, I added the next ingredient, the beaten eggs.

I let that sit for a moment, and when the side of it is getting cute.

I stir the egg continuously until well mixed, and when the bottom gets getting toasty texture that is the sign that the egg is getting cooked.
