I was sitting on facebook the other day, and ran into a post of Cryptsy's Paul Vernon speaking from china Miami New Times, for the most part it looks to me that he took what he could ran to china and is waving at all of us who... he knows he did wrong to.
At that point I was so pissed, i remembered something about a class action case for cryptsy, and googled it up Cryptsy Class Action Attorney I have contacted the office, Ashley was very nice and emailed me the proper paper work to fill out for me and my friends, at first they needed 50 signatures, they have over 100 right now.
Cryptsy had over 250000 signed up users to have a few hundred is not enough guys, even if you have no proof you can file for the class action, but if you have screen shots or pics or pdf etc that's even better.
This is our only opportunity to recover some of our losses!
