Steemit was introduced to me by two wise individuals. I was intrigued and decided to check it out.
I was brought up in the East End of London. English is my second lauguage and despise the obstacles I finished university and went on to the world of work.
Having been homeless once, I wanted to do something to help. I went on to study Chartered Institute of Housing and went into social housing. Housing people in the 90s its different from housing people in the 21st century. I supposed back then the housing stock was easily available for those on the housing list.
At the moment it is s very challenging journey for social housing. The housing stock is very limited and the waiting list is going through the roof..the supply cannot meet the demands.
Unless Central Government starts to give funds back to Local Authorities, things will get worse than they already are at now.
