It's been a while since I last posted around here. I've been busy with exam week (finally over!) And some end-of-the-year events that piled up due to poor time management from my school's teachers... but it's fine. Things will turn out right, so theres no need to worry much.
To ease myself from stress, i enjoy reading and drawing/painting. Since im an anime fan(for my parents misfortune) and a book enjoyer, i found myself attracted by mangas. Until now, ive finished all the up-to-date volumes i could find of spy x family online(until ch.124), ch.37 fragant flower blooms with dignity(got bored of the very fast forwarded romance, not my favorite) and Kaguya Sama: Love is war, All chapters available.. I regret rushing it so bad, but oh my god, what a masterpiece. I watched all the animated series, and currently considering re-reading the first chapters of manga(which I didnt really read to follow where the series ended).
A few weeks ago, I went to my first anime convention ever(good experience, enjoyed it. Super excited for the next one, sadly the date collides with my birthday party, but I want to make time to go to the convention with my friends nevertheless), and i bought my first official merchandise of Kaguya Sama: Love is War(and theres obviously more to come in the future, my savings are already trembling in fear! Hahahhah!!!). Also bought a maomao figurine(apothecary diaries, been a fan since it was released back in 2023) and some stickers + matching rings with friends that I went with at the con. But point being, now I have my own official Manga! I have two dandadqn volumes, but they were gifts of hardwork from a dear friend of mine from my last birthday.
Since I really enjoyed the series, im doing my best lately to try to "learn" or "mimic" the mangaka's artstyle, since I find it quite interesting.
My great review of this amazing series:
I like the concept of love that this series shows. One of my favorite chapters are in the newest ones, where (i hope im not wrong) the mangaka/transtlator wrote some remarks about love, and I honestly resonate with those words a lot. Im a sucker for romance-comedy series, but this is best of the best imo! The equal mix of comedy, romance and suspense makes this so enjoyable. The character development—not only on each character, but also in their relationships among each other. How mutual understanding can sometimes lead to different outcomes in comparison to what we percieve as a possible future, the spontaneity of life. Such great series, wont give much detail story-wise if anyone considers giving it a try~ The interesting "Love anaylisis" that I said that i really resonated with are within the last chapters, if I'm not wrong. Sadly, im struggling to find them now—or maybe it was the site i read it from?
If youre reading this, do read this amazing series! My top 1 favorite among other great series/mangas, such a enjoyable piece of media.
