I want to share with you my visit yesterday with friends to my favorite restaurant in Switzerland.
This in the picture above is a carrot soup which is very tasty
I ordered a vegetarian national Swiss dish called Rösti, baked with yellow cheese and egg.
Rösti these are grated potatoes that are fried with a little fat and in combination with yellow cheese are very tasty
