In one of the residential compounds in San Fernando, La Union, there stand a temple called Ma-Cho. You can enter their gates and visit the place for free. They have a tall colorful arc before entering the compound from the main road. You can see the private houses while you climb up the hill. It's tiring to go up by foot so if you have a car, you can just drive up the hill or you can ask local tricycle drivers to drive you up. They have parking spaces inside.
In the picture, you can see a woman walking out of the compound with her eco bag in her right hand and an umbrella on the other. She'll probably go to the market. :)
The picture is edited using Snapseed. I can't do much on mobile phone so its kinda messy. I wanted to highlight the arc and the woman going beyond it. The edges between the colored and black&white part isn't clean. :(
