
Hello again friends, I hope you are well! yesterday I had a great idea for dinner, I prepared something very tasty and I want to share it with you. you can make it for breakfast or dinner, it is very easy to prepare it does not require much time and it is delicious.

The ingredients we will use are: rice, egg, salt, pepper and oil. It is a very simple recipe that does not require many ingredients (if you want to add other things like seasonings or vegetables you can do it, everything is up to your taste).

First let's prepare the rice! We will add a cup of rice and a little bit of oil, we will mix until the rice takes a golden color👍.

You can add a chopped clove of garlic to the rice, I recommend it as it will make the rice taste very good.

We add the water, for each cup of rice I add 2 cups of water, you can prepare the rice according to how you like it friends. We let the water boil.

While our rice is cooking I wanted to prepare something to go with the tortillas we are going to prepare. So I took some ground beef and put it to cook with some salt, oregano, onoto, pepper and onion.


In a separate bowl I added 2 eggs with a pinch of salt and beat them well👍.


Once our rice is ready we are going to add it in the same bowl where we had beaten the eggs. And then we mix well until the egg and rice are incorporated.

In a frying pan add a little bit of oil and with the help of a spoon we will add part of our mixture and spread it in the pan. We wait for it to cook on one side and then we turn it over so that it cooks on both sides.
