Codoncode is a program for sequency converging, conting, altering and transformation identification. It is readily compatible with Phred-phrap and it completely bolsters sequency quality scores, while offering a recognizable, simple-to-learn UI.

Code aligner encourages you to exploit present day calculations for base calling and sequency converging or assembly, without compelling you to the front-end command line interface or having to learning Perl programming.
