VLOG #1: Get rid of that Dadbod

Hello Steemians and hello followers

Today I decided to start a Vlog of my training and how I´m changing my current form from a dadbod to a fit daddy body.

Like some of you know I used Strongslifts 5x5 for about 3-4 months and now it is interfering my next small goal to be able to run at least 5 km in a row.

To ensure that I will be able to accomplish this goal I changed my routine to a modified 5x5 full body approach with three different training days.

Looking forward to see some comments and your opinion on this video.
