Both of my collections are quite small but they have some coins with a higher numismatic value than melt value. I have only been collecting for a few years so it is just the begging of my stack.
These coins are anywhere from 35% to 99.9% silver. In total, they have about 8.5 ounces of silver worth $138.63 ($16.31 an oz). I found 12 of the 26 coins from just looking through the change I receive.
This gold coin is minuscule as indicated by it not covering the face of Washington on a quarter. That is also why it the picture is blurry. It came in a small box titled Columbian Mint and it is 6 grains of 22 karat gold ($15.12).
