Train sleeper made by PT Industri Kereta Api (Inka) will be available for the season 2018. This sleeper train is not an ordinary train. Each carriage will only contain 18 seats like a business class airplane seat. The course can be tilted up to 170 degrees.
President Director of PT Inka, Budi Noviantoro, describes the shape of the seat on the train sleeper seat ordered by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) resembles a business class airplane seat. Each passenger train can lay the backrest like a bed.
According to Budi, 10 units of the 438 trains ordered by PT KAI to his company have a special design. The details, four trains are for the sleeper train and the other six contain 28 seats.
"The train has been produced, Lebaran will be four train (carriage) sleeper seat," said Budi.
