Hello LMAC and Hive members. I wanted to share with you my current freestyle collage. My theme entails a lifestyle change. Sometimes changing scenery or a lifestyle can be emotionally and physically rewarding. While we undergo the change, we never forget our origins.
It's possible to appreciate the good and not-so-good of each environment and situation. Having resided in one location almost my entire life, I'm not considered a worldly traveler or adventurer.
My style of collage is a Freestyle. Although I usually do, I wasn't required to utilize any contest photo in my design. However, if you'd like to join in the regular contests visit: Let's Make a Collage - A Contest for All Creatives on Hive - Round 244 - ✨41 HIVE in the Prize Pool!.
In preparing the design for my theme, I wanted to focus primarily on the memory with the images selected; thereby incorporating all the elements of the cold environment in which the young lady dwelt.
I utilized Canva to blend the different type images. Below are my steps in which I began with a blank, white canvas, then added layers of elements, removing backgrounds, resizing, detaching elements from their backgrounds, duplicating, colorizing, and repositioning items as needed incorporating the tools at my disposal in my Annual Pro Membership Subscription.
