If your friends won't leave fb, then get them to download the dataselfie add on for their browser. This will show them what information fb stores on your opinions. From looking at my dataselfie, it seems, mostly what they want to know are your attitudes towards the Western governments & the wars being perpetrated in the Middle East for oil.
