Today, a client at my workplace, whom I hope will become a friend, brought some books for me to read.
It all started because in one of our many conversations, I mentioned that I'd like to read some of the books he's read. I really enjoy reading, and since I was a teenager, I've done it digitally, but I've always wanted to buy more books and read them in print. I also mentioned that when I had to start over in a new country, I prioritized other things in my life over buying books because it's not always easy to make ends meet.
Anyway, I had mentioned that I hadn't had the chance to read Fahrenheit 451, though I had seen the movie, but I'd always wanted to read it. Today was the day he was able to come in and brought the books. He brought several options, and I'm so happy to be able to read in my free time. I hope to share a review of the one I've started reading soon.
Hoy un cliente donde trabajo, que quisiera considerar más adelante un amigo, trajo unos libros para leerlos.
Todo empezó porque en una de las tantas conversaciones que tuvimos, le comenté que me gustaría leer algunos libros de los que él ha leído, que realmente me gusta leer y desde adolescentes lo hacia de manera digital pero siempre quise comprar mas libros y leer desde los libros, también que cuando tuve que rehacer mi vida en un nuevo país, he preferido darle prioridad a otras cosas de mi vida que comprar libros porque realmente no es fácil siempre poder sostener tu economía.
En fin, le había comentado que el de Fahrenheit 451 no tuve la oportunidad de leerlo pero sí de ver la película pero siempre quise leerlo, justamente hoy fue el día que pudo venir y trajo los libros, trajo varias opciones, estoy tan feliz de poder leer en mis momentos libres, espero pronto traerles quizás una reseña de este que estoy empezando a leer.
