Ingredients I used:
-Cornmeal (2 cups)
-Eggs (3)
-Sugar (1 cup)
-Vegetable oil (1 cup)
-Coconut (1 cup)
-Milk (1 cup)
-Baking powder (half a teaspoon)

Here are the steps to follow to make our delicious cake:
Let's start by taking our coconut and grating it on the finest side of a grater. I used half a coconut for the mixture.

Next, we'll start by adding a cup of sugar and a cup of oil (which is a small disposable cup) to a clean, dry container. Mix with a whisk or spoon.

Next, we'll continue by adding our 3 eggs to the mixture and mix well, making sure the sugar has dissolved.

Next, we will continue adding our two cups of corn flour little by little, then we will continue adding a cup of warm milk and mix it into the mixture. Once we have finished adding the flour and milk, we will continue adding a cup of grated coconut to the mixture, so that it has more coconut flavor and our mixture has more consistency.

Once our mixture is ready, we will continue to make a syrup so that our cake does not stick and we can remove it from the pan easily. Add 6 tablespoons of sugar to the pan where the cake will be cooked, let the sugar dissolve over medium heat, then add a little shredded coconut all around the edge, and finally, when it has cooled, add the mixture.

Once the mixture is ready, bake in the oven for 30 minutes. When it is ready, let it rest so that it can be removed from the container in which it was baked.
