The impact of hard work has really been a topic that has generated so much attention in the past and even now, when technology has taken over so many aspects of our lives.

I have noticed just how many times a lot of people have brought up this topic, and I must say that it has been hard defending the latter side so far because of how much our parents have idolized this hard work idea 🤔.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that being hardworking is the wrong mentality. Actually, what I believe is definitely far from that, but what I do believe is that adding a certain level of smartness to your hard work will go a long way in making you successful 💁.
My whole life has been centered around working hard to the point where I find it hard to accept gifts willingly cause I believed I didn't deserve them since I didn't work for them, but now I know it's never about working hard, actually, it's more about my decisions anyway.
My dad is the real definition of a man who has worked hard all his life, but after all these years, we, the kids, are struggling to point to something successful he had done with all that hard work because of the poor choices that followed all the hard work he had put in.
Life not only teaches us to be hardworking, but it also teaches us to be smart in making any decision.
I have made a whole lot of choices that when I look back at I know making the right decision would have made a lot of difference in my life.
Try making smart and wise choices more frequently as you work hard, and you will see the difference in no time.
