Hi there Hivers! Do you have favorite food prepared during New Year's Eve? I bet you have food that you keep on coming back though you're full. Mine too, it's spicy dynamite and crispy lumpia. Though I am the one who made it no bias, it's delicious 👌. How can I say that? Well, let me share this recipe with you.

I purposely made these two recipes since they have the same procedure, only other ingredients that made them differ. This recipe will surely hit the pot of your rice.
Ingredients of Crispy Lumpia

- Carrots
- Bell pepper
- Garlic
- Onion
- Lumpia wrapper
- Black pepper
- 2 eggs and
- ½ kilo of pork meat (all flesh)
Procedures:
Cut the meat into cubes, carrots, bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Put them together in a grinder, and grind for at least 30 seconds, then another 30 seconds if not yet satisfied with its ground.

In a clean basin, put the ground meat. Sprinkle a teaspoon of salt, and 2 pinches of black pepper, and drizzle some sugar. Massage the ground pork and finally add the two eggs then mix.

On a prepared table, set the lumpia wrapper (already separated from its sheets) plates, a small bowl of water and the ground pork.

How to wrap the lumpia?
In a plate, place one sheet of lumpia wrapper then put one tablespoon of ground pork, roll, fold each side of the wrapper then roll again and finally wet the end of the wrapper with water to stick to itself. Follow the steps until its done.

Spicy Dynamite
Additional Ingredients
- Cheese
- Green Chilli (Sili espada)
Wash the green chili thoroughly. Then, cut its middle vertically because we will insert the ground pork there. I remove the stalk of the chili since it's not fresh anymore. The seeds were supposedly removed also but I want it spicier so, it's still in its place. Then, slice the cheese into strips.

On a plate, place a sheet of lumpia wrapper then put the green chili and insert one tablespoon of ground pork, top of it would be the cheese. The same process of crispy lumpia and it's done.

Let's fry!
Preheat the pan to a low-medium fire. Add some oil to deep fry our lumpia. When it's already hot, put the lumpia. Get it when it's already golden brown.

Viola! It's cooked already. Yummy! It is best served when it's hot with Ketchup on its side. The crisps it brings are more likely you wanted some more😉.

Here's the spicy dynamite. Beautiful isn't it? Best served when it's hot too.

When you open it, you can see its cheese melting. I love how it tastes because I'm so in love with spicy. I am the kind of person wanting my food spicier. I love the feeling of having my mouth so hot. But this food is not that hot but I am proud that I made it.

Let's eat! I and the nanny of my children had a full breakfast. We partnered our lumpia with coffee. My coffee had creamier and she wanted her coffee to be pure.
That's it Hivers! Thank you for reading my foodie blog thus far. I appreciate it a lot. Hope you learn from it. See you next time!
