Ayer lunes fue mi día libre y a pesar del cansancio por el trabajo traté de entrenar e hice un poco de plancha y un poco de front, lo mejor es hacer un día plancha y otro front pero la verdad no me da tiempo para hacer rutina porque llego a las 12 a la casa para despertarme a las 9 acomodar mis cosas, bañarme hacer comida e irme al trabajo una hora antes porque tengo que tomar el metro y me queda lejos.
