sometimes I find it hard to believe that I'm a living, breathing human with thoughts and feelings, and so is everyone around me.
there's a word for that—sonder.
it's when you look around and wonder, when was the last time that man walking his dog cried?
has that woman smiling at her phone on the park bench ever wondered if the path she chose was the right one?
that kid, with the bright purple hair—do they ever think that they don't deserve their friends?
human experience is more universal that one may think.
sonder is a comfort, in a way.
everyone's experiences are different, of course, but our similarities run soul-deep.

...so I have really dropped the ball when it comes to posting. I wrote this really quickly and I don't like it, so expect a revision soon. :)
