So for the past month or so now Monday-Friday I've been waking up at about 5:05 to workout at my school. This may sound outlandish to some users most of which probably wake at around 6:30-8:00 AM. But for me, this and many of my peers agree, is the most productive time of the day. Once it begins to seep into your circadian rhythm there isn't a whole lot of time for much else and my focus supersedes all other times during the day. It's so disciplining and rewarding as seen through my physique. I started out with an very short endurance, and now it knows no bounds. I honestly feel as though I could workout 6 hours a day if I wanted to just because of the fact that I've received so much potential through this discipline. I suggest you Steemians go try this technique, and report how it's been working for you :)
