Ingredients:
1 cup icing sugar
1 pinch of table salt
1 pinch of bicarbonate soda
3 teaspoons baking powder
3 eggs
1 cup melted margarine
1 table spoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon caramel essence
3 cups cake flour
I cup fresh milk
Half a cup of water
Method:
*mix icing sugar, melted margarine and eggs together till they are a smooth mixture.
*add lemon zest & caramel essence to the mixture.
Sieve cake flour, baking soda, bicarbonate soda & salt together.
*add the flour to the mixture in the bowl. Mix it bit by bit whilst adding milk and water.
Let it set for 5minutes then stir. Put in the baking pan and bake at 70 Degrees Celsius. Bake till golden brown.
