My backyard is a mess in the early spring! Once the snow melts and our first few rain and wind storms have blown through, it’s time to get out and clean up the remaining leaves from the fall, as well as fallen branches and other debris.
It takes me days to get it all done! As you can see from these pictures, there are leaves absolutely everywhere and there is a lot to do. I spent the entire afternoon raking and bagging leaves, picking up fallen branches, piling the branches in a burn pile, etc.
It’s a start!
For reference, here is a picture of the yard taken in the summertime, from the other side of the yard (beyond the treehouse and the trampoline).
So once it’s all tidied up and the grass and foliage turn green, it will be worth all the effort! And I will get a lot of steps along the way.
Thanks for stopping by!
