Busy day - yet the steps dont tell the story: April 6 2025

2025-04-07T04:18:18
I am pretty certain that my true step count would be something like 20,000 if only I had remembered to keep my phone in my pocket at all times. I don’t wear a fitness tracker these days, so I’ve got to keep the phone on my person! But I forget.
My activities of the day included sweeping and mopping my kitchen floor, going to a bike shop and taking some e-bikes out for a test ride (and buying one!), as well as helping my sister all afternoon to get her house ready to go on the market.
I was moving non-stop all day. Did I remember that I should be recording my steps and keep my phone in my pocket? No!
That’s okay. It was a fun and active day! (And yes I had to wear a coat to test ride the bikes. It was cold!)
Thanks for reading!
