Muy buenos días a la comunidad de hive, para ser la historia corta la anterior estufa de la casa ya presentaba algunas deficiencias por ser un articulo con desgaste natural de uso por años, asi que en plan de que (la empresa del gas del municipio hace una visita obligatoria para verificar el estado de los fogones e imponer multas si encuentran deficiencias en el objeto cotidiano de tu cocina llamada estufa, pues la mejor solución es reemplazarla por una totalmente nueva).

To make a long story short, the previous stove in the house already had some issues due to natural wear and tear from years of use. so, given that the municipal gas company makes mandatory visits to check the condition of stoves and impose fines if they find deficiencies in this everyday kitchen appliance, the best solution is to replace it with a brand new one.

Y no es de exagerar que por ser cambio de año estas empresas van con la intención de sacarte multas, sean justificadas o inventadas sus afirmaciones, ya que anualmente revisaran sin previo aviso tu vivienda con inspecciones sorpresa para no darte tiempo de reemplazar piezas de fogones desmontables, apretar algún tornillo o cualquier cosa minúscula que vean fuera de lugar para asi ponerte una multa.

And it is no exaggeration to say that, because it is the turn of the year, these companies intend to fine you, whether their claims are justified or fabricated, as they will carry out unannounced surprise inspections of your home every year so that you do not have time to replace removable stove parts, tighten a screw, or fix any minor issue they deem out of place in order to fine you.

Pero bueno, en este caso la estufa ya tiene sus años, lo mínimo es reemplazar los pilotos superiores del gas por unos nuevos, pero puede que la estructura interna de las tuberías ya estén corroídas. dicho esto ya es hora de dar de baja a la anterior estufa con un digno cierre de servicio.

But anyway, in this case, the stove is already quite old, so the least we can do is replace the upper gas pilots with new ones, but the internal structure of the pipes may already be corroded. That said, it's time to retire the old stove with a dignified end of service.

Pasando a planos totalmente realistas, la verdad hace poco retire hive para reparar una fuga de agua en la pared, cambiar contador del agua por uno nuevo y pintar toda la casa para entregar el inmueble al nuevo inquilino en arriendo

Dicho esto, como fue un gasto de emergencia tube que poner a convertir HDB a Hive de forma abrupta y sacar el monto necesario.
Así que con el HIVE sobrante y dinero personal, decidí reemplazar la cocina con dicho propósito descrito al comienzo del post

Moving on to totally realistic plans, the truth is that I recently withdrew Hive to repair a water leak in the wall, replace the water meter with a new one, and paint the entire house to hand over the property to the new tenant.

That said, as it was an emergency expense, I had to abruptly convert HDB to Hive and withdraw the necessary amount.
So, with the remaining HIVE and personal money, I decided to replace the kitchen for the purpose described at the beginning of the post.

Gracias a la comunidad e HIVE pude comprar este nuevo producto, hay que decir que la estufa la entregan para que uno ensamble los componentes internos manualmente, como son las 4 hornillas en cada sitio superior.

Thanks to the community and HIVE, I was able to buy this new product. It should be noted that the stove is delivered for you to assemble the internal components manually, such as the four burners on each top.

Una vez instaladas estas, el producto queda diferente

Once these are installed, the product looks different.

Me sorprendió que el espacio interno es muy amplio, mucho mas que en la estufa anterior que habia en la cocina, pues intente poner las 2 rejillas metalicas de la (otra esfufa) y simplemente no alcanzaban el diametro hasta los bordes para encajarlas, asi que de momento solo tendrá 1 rejilla de fabrica con su medida estandar

I was surprised that the interior space is very large, much larger than in the previous stove that was in the kitchen, because I tried to put the two metal racks from the (other stove) in it and they simply did not reach the diameter to the edges to fit, so for now it will only have one factory rack with its standard size.

Al probar los 4 fogones la verdad el nivel de gas y su llama generada es muy claro y traslúcido, dando una llama azul casi imperceptible a menos que la visualices de cerca, pero que estan alli ardiendo a mucha temperatura, al punto de hervir agua demasiado rápido.

Asi que el unico dilema es revisar de cerca al apagar los fogones que esten totalmente cerrados visualmente tanto en perilla como la llama azul, pues literalmente no se ve a simple vista y puedes dar por sentado que no hay nada hirviendo, pero legalmente dejaste una olla quemándose.

When testing the four burners, the gas level and the flame generated are very clear and translucent, producing an almost imperceptible blue flame unless you look at it closely, but they are burning at a very high temperature, to the point of boiling water too quickly.

So, the only dilemma is to check closely when turning off the burners that they are completely closed, both visually on the knob and the blue flame, because you literally cannot see it with the naked eye and you can assume that nothing is boiling, but legally you left a pot burning.

Ya solo es esperar a la visita técnica del municipio y que den visto bueno al producto (mostrandoles la factura de compra de la estufa y la garantía)
