My Actifit Report Card: April 10 2023

Hello fellow actifiters,
Happy Monday everyone. It's time to do my Monday workout routine.
Before the workout, I did a 15 min stretching, focusing more on arms, shoulders, wrists, and legs.
To start the workout routine, first I did push-ups for my chest, completing 3 sets of 15 reps. This is the same number of reps as last week. But this time, I did it by slowing the descent as much as possible to maximize its effect on my chest. Next, I moved on to bodyweight squats, completing the first 3 sets with 18 reps. This is one more rep per set compared to last week.
For my shoulders, I still did 3 sets of 12 reps of push-ups, this is number of rep per set from last week. After that I moved on to lunges, completing 3 sets of 15 reps per leg. I was trying to focus on my form here, and like the chest push-up, I also slowed my pace here trying to feel the burn on my legs.
Lastly, to finish the workout, I did jumping jacks with 30 reps on the first two sets, then 40 reps on the last set.
The workout made me burn a total of 535 KCal.

After the workout, I spent 10 minutes stretching to cool down and prevent injury.
