Albert Johnason - Prodigy is dead.
Prodigy has struggled all his life with blood disease and sickle cell anemia. Following complications caused by a sickle cell anaemia are probably the reason of his death.
Prodigy died in Las Vegas, during Mobb Deep concert tour.
Before Saturday's performance, the rapper went to the hospital.
He was 42 years old.

Mobb Deep was founded in New York in 1992. The group became recognizable in the 1990s, thanks to the single "Shook Ones".
They cooperated with such artists as Method Man, Nate Dogg or 50 Cent.
