What does it really mean when you say, "to humble yourself"? Some people might view it differently from others. For me though, this is one of the major thing when Jesus said that we should die on ourselves, the flesh me part, so everything we do will be directed to GOd's glorification. Our ego ones boosted is somewhat addicted to the attention, praise or even the reward that it gets. Thus, sometimes makes us forget what happened before why we got the boost from others. We tend to self consumed the glory on our own and forget who the glory should be. That is why I believe, practicing to give glory to the Lord every time we accomplish every single detail that we do will give us little by little give it to HIM and not us the glory it deserves. Realizing that we are just merely an instrument in all of the accomplishments or works had done. We don't let it get into our head because everything is for HIS glory.
