I woke up this morning not really sure of what day of the week it was and then I asked myself. What is today? What did I do yesterday? Then my mind flashed back to some of the things I did yesterday I remembered I made a post of #”ThankfulThursday”😁. I exclaimed, “oh!, today's Friday!” I was so excited. I said to myself “Thank God It's Friday!”💃
Even though I work from home, Friday’s usually come with this feeling of joy and excitement knowing that one will rest from some work. Knowing how busy the week had been, from rising early to make breakfast and lunch and prepare the kids for school to doing multiple home works. Not to mention some other unavoidable domestic work and my online business. It's indeed a moment of excitement and some kind of relief to rest. Weekend is always fun days, one has to socialize and meet new and existing friends, visit relatives and some fun places. Weekend is fun!👌
This weekend after my morning routine, I'll cook, do some laundry and visit the salon to make my hair. After that I'll come back home and rest. After two to three hour's rest, in the evening I'll go for a walk with my hubby to observe nature.
One can as well stay indoors and rest or reflect on the works done during the week, review the goals set and see how far one went in achieving them. Look for possible solutions to correct some mistakes made and restrategize on the way and Set workable plans to achieve success in the new week. These can only be possible if one takes a moment to rest, reflect and relax one's brain. The effects will reflect on one's productivity in the new week.
Like the popular saying “all work and no play…” 😀 Life is sweet when you work,rest and have fun. It's really going to be an exciting weekend for me and it has already begun.💃
