Parachute has released their super sweet telegram tipbot and it currently supports ETH(plus an assortment of ERC20 tokens with more coming) and DOGE.
It can be added to any telegram channel and allows for you to tip for free to any user in the channel. You can PM the bot to deposit more coins, check balances, request new coins or withdraw with a small fee.
