This is without any doubt a legless,sometimes long and sometimes short flesh eating reptile of the Serpentes. It is an ectothermic, amniote vertebrate covered in overlapping scales.
It's scientific name is Serpentes having a lifespan of 9 quality years. This from a tree around my locality.
