1. Install this chrome extension: RSS Feed Reader
2. Browse to: STEEM Ganymede - First Post
3. Click on your new RSS Feed Reader icon in Chrome:
4. Click on the Add Feed button:
5. Add the feed by clicking + Follow:

Now you'll get an indicator when a new user is ready for you to welcome to the platform.
