Will it trigger flames if I say that I actively avoided Hive for several years? Maybe because it felt so different, a bit tight-knit, and strangely self-sufficient, I thought I might not be welcomed. I can't explain why I thought that.
Then recently a group of Scholar and Scribe folks hopped in the PageDAO discord server and blew us all away with their clarity of thought, and lightning-fast prowess. We settled on a partnership, and I was intrigued to check out the Hive section of the Web3 world.
As a hack of a dev, this includes many many hours of research and experiments, tracking down best-practices, and worming my way toward a strategy of engagement. It is a lot. The proverbial rabbit-hole. In short, it's exciting for me to be in a community of creators and learning new cool stuff.
So here we go.
