Sugarcane produce sugar, vinegar, ethanol and more but mostly they make it “panutsa” always available in our public market because it’s so easy. they squeeze, take the juice and put in a large pot, boil until become thick. Some producer use coconut shell for molding. But the simplest? Just chew it for the juice.
