Texas has issued a ''cease and desist order..'' , because the states Comissioner has deemed Bitconnect investments as a security.
The security must be registered in Texas.
By who?
By the Texas Securities Act and Texas Securities Board.
This will not directly effect Bitconnect , because it originated from Europe.
It won't hurt Bitconnect's future. Too much opportunity ahead.
