Coffee break...

Hi everyone!
Today i wanna share w/ you the recipe of a particular type of Coffee... the Cream Coffee, one of my favorite.
I like to take it in the morning or in the afternoon with my friends.
Ingredients for 2 portions:
-Coffee, 2 little cups
-Icing sugar, 50 gr
-Chocolate cream, 1 little spoon
-Coffee liqueur, 1 little cups
-Fresh sour cream, 400 ml
-Coconut flour, to taste
-Cacao, to taste

Process:

Dissolve the icing sugar and chocolate cream in the hot coffee, then add the coffee liqueur; if you don't like strong tastes you can avoid the liquor.

Let it cool, and then put all in a 1 l bottle (also the sour cream).

Shake it energetically for 3 minutes more or less.

Put it in the fridge for an hour. IMG_6618.JPG
If you want to make it more scenography, you can put a little bit of honey on the border of the glass and pass it in the coconut flour.

Pour the cream in the glass.
