Witness Proxy voting can now be set from within Steemit.com frontend.. From the right menu choose vote for witness and name your proxy voter in the box provided
If you can't be bothered to research who does what but know someone you trust, why not let your vote count via proxy voting.. Every vote counts, Happy Steeming :)
