I love to think am a feminist even though I haven't really adopted a particular way or manner to stamp that statement (like the writer/speaker Chimamanda Adichie) because I stutter when am before an audience (am working on it anyway).
I was introduced to steemit by @fessikay and I must say he has been wonderful. Taking his time to coach a lot of people through the whole process of getting started on Steemit, is something I really admire about him.
SO, WHAT EXACTLY INTERESTS ME?
I have a strong interest in the things that concerns the female gender and people in general who can't stand up for themselves.
Am a lover of good books and articles. My favorite book is "Purple Hibiscus" by Chimamanda Adichie.
WHAT I DISLIKE
I dislike unhealthy pressure and arrogance.
MY BELIEFS
Just like Mother Theresa, I believe our world would be a better place if we listen to our conscience and portray little acts of kindness, that will go a long way.
MY CONTRIBUTION TO STEEMIT
I intend to bring into constant reminder the challenges of the female gender in rural areas in Africa (Nigeria in particular). To remind us we all have a role to play to safeguard our women.
I hope to meet people here who share my interest and ideology and who will help me grow in every way possible . I sure would help too in any way I can.
