The bible is not a book that was written for the purpose of identifying everybody that comes accross it. Reading the bible, you may observe that not all bames were mentioned, for instance the names of the sons of Adam and Eve were mentioned but the names of the daughters weren't. But to reflect briefly, the bible is already lenghty as it is and adding more names that dont really help the gospel will make bible comprehension more stressful or complex.
Main events that come with their various names have been pointed out for us for out profiting. Another jnstance, when Moses had gone to seek the face of God after they had left Egypt, the children of Isreal came together and decided to carve a god for their self. Now thosse children of Isreal were so many that the bible didn't go into details of namjng each person but we Know of Moses and Aaron.
