Hello again my fellow steemians! I am one of those people who is having hard time to think about what to post. So being in this state, I remember the post of my friend, @twodorks , about tips of what to put in blogs. Since today is Monday, the title given for today is - Make it work Monday! πππ»

And to start off, my goal for this week - try to get my body moving. By this I mean working out and doing some exercise. Gaining weight is easier than loosing weight. I am a foodie and I love to eat food, and with this there is always a catch - gaining weight. So trying to loose weight, I need to be strict with my diet and exercise routine. I have been controling my diet since last month but it is still not enough. Drinking more water with cucumber and lemon as well as tea. Today I started gym, and I am motivated to help myself live a healthy life. So for this weekβs goal, to complete my initial routine so I could be used to it by the following week!πππ» I am cheering for myself!ππππ½ββοΈ

I had fun at the gym today doing some basic exercises. However I have to take it slow for now since it has been a while since I did some heavy activities. To condition the body first and then hopefully I can increase my routine by next week! πππ»π€Έπ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈ
