Gilgit Baltistan is located near china and its federally administrated by Pakistan Government.
when Pakistan was independent on 1947,Gilgit Baltistan adhere its self with Pakistan and now is part of Pakistan but India still is not accepting this and India has also reserve a seat for Gilgit Baltistan in its parliament ,and unfortunately that seat always remains empty .
